Error 30022 IPBOOTP now after applying W2K SP4

Has anyone seen this yet? After applying W2K sp4 to all my domain
controllers, the ones at remote sites handling DHCP forwarding are getting
this error in event log now. Event ID: 30022
"IPBOOT was unable to receive an incoming message on the local interface
with IP address <my domain controller ip address>. The data is the error
code."

Some Win9x PC cannnot get a DHCP address now, but othere can. It looks like
renews are working but new requests from Win9x PC are failing.

All domain controllers were running W2K sp2 and was running fine, no DHCP
errors.

Any ideas here???
