error 1802 when loading os

I get an error 1802 image file is invalid or corrupted
when i reload my operating system on my hp zt1175
notebook. What do I have to do to fix this?
 
Clean the CD with a mild household cleaner and a soft cloth.
If the problem persists, contact HP customer support.
