Error 1639 -- Invalid command line argument

Error 1639 -- Invalid command line argument

When I want install new games on my computer like: Age of Empire 3 or Rome Total War during my installation I mean before saving games on hard drive I get this message Error 1639 -- Invalid command line argument. How can I fix this problem? Is it any free programs which can help me?
