Error 1606. Could not access network location <common administrative tools>. All

Everytime I try to install a new software I get "Error
1606. Could not access network location <common
administrative tools>. All users\". I have tried the
workaround on microsoft.com but it does not solve my
problem. I need an answer ASAP! I have my profolio to
complete for graduation and I need a few software
installed for it.

Thanks but have SP2 installed and I already tried the
registry fix any other fixes or suggestions.
