Any answers??? Im desprite!!! Some1 sent me a email bout command temp but
cnt remember...!!! ive tried near enuf everything!! help pllleeeaaassseee xxxx

I got an email when i first bought my labtop (vista) and they said write
something in the comman tempt...and i did and my msn worked but my labtop
broke so i had to erase everything... do u have any idea what to wirte in
there?

This MAY be that that the installer is looking for a VB script to run.

you can TRY entering this in RUN and then going back to your install. BTW,
be sure ALL your TEMP folders are empty before doing this.

regsvr32 C:\windows\system32\vbscript.dll

I dont even have a VB! i went to run then wrote in VB script and it said it
cant find it?

I am still researching as I suspect others are too. Will get back to you if
I manage to find a working solution.

Rebecca, did you clean the TEMP directory?

If not. open a DOS window (start >> CMD) and type SET <enter>
Locate the path of your TEMP Directory (normally
C:\users\username\AppData\Local\Temp)
Open windows Explorer, move to the TEMP directory you found in the steps
above
Delete the files in the TEMP directory NOTE: DO NOT DELETE the TEMP FOLDER.

Then try your install again.
