Error 1328

Since installing XP Outlook no longer remembers my
password. It stops donloading retrieved emails to verify
my password. It interrupts my efforts to write an email
with constant verifications of my password.

I have been unsuccessful in upgrading office with sr1. I
get Error 1328.

Any help for this?

How often do you check for new e-mail? It could be that two sessions are
blocking eachother.

Just read somewhere else that this can be due to very high security
settings - just don't remember where the setting is located. I am about 30
articles past that one researching another problem. The setting may have
been in a firewall or antivirus software rather then outlook Sorry this is
not much help but may point you in the right direction
