error 1324 The path My Documents Contains an invalid character

Most of the information centers on a program. I have tried to install PC Anywhere and gotten the message. It prevents me from installing the program.

I then tried uninstalling Roxio 5. Same error message. When I just tried installing Roxio 6 without uninstalling 5, it goes to an uninstall program for 5, and the gives the same error message

I can't uninstall or install any programs
