Error 1316

My fonts were recently corrupted while using an HP psc
2210 (all in one device). I had to reinstall Windows XP
to restore the fonts. Now I cannot totally uninstall my
HP psc 2210, I get error code 1316. Can anyone help? HP
told me it was a windows xp problem. Thanks!

There are several hits regarding this error. When do you get the error? If
it is a Windows system error it has something to do with the user
1316 ERROR_USER_EXISTS <--> 0xc0000063 STATUS_USER_EXISTS

If it is the application, the error has something to do with the msi file.
Did the CD driver letter change when you reinstalled?
