Error 1308

I am unable to install Streets and Trips. I get error message 1308 that
certain files can't be found. Is this a problem with the cd disk? It came
bundled with Microsoft Works Suite 2004 which came with my new computer.

Possible. You can always ask for a refund.

Try copying the contents of the CD to a folder on your Hard Drive and then
run the setup program from there.

Not the same error number but before you throw the CD away you might want to
check here
