Error 12031

I have this problem: "Error 12031 connecting to ftp.microsoft.com" Everytime
I run the Network Adapter Diagnostic. What can be done to fix this?

Also my ASP.NET Machine Account is missing. I have DL all the updates.

Can somebody help me?

The error you mention is 'Connection to the server has been reset'

The missing ASP.NET account can be replaced by re-installing the .NET
Framework
