error 12030, network errror

Hi everyone.
I have the following problem using the internet explorer
6 on windows xp: I am trying to upload pictures over the
internet to get them developped. I tried several shops
but as soon as I start to actually upload them it says
the "network connection failed" or "error 12030"
or "unknown system error". My internet connection is
totally stable and even when it says "network connection
failed" it is still working without any problem. Only the
upload of the pictures failed.

would be great if someone could help

This error may come from the application you use to upload. Check this out.

thanks for answering. I tried several java applications
to upload but none of them work, so I dont think that is
the problem.
