Error 1068 while starting Remote Access Auto Connection

I cant create a dial-up conncetion.
Checked modem and its working fine.
I think the problem is that i am unable to start Remote
Access Auto Connection. When i try to start it i get error
1068, which i cant find a description for on the microsof
site.
Any suggestion?
