Error 102

Has anybody else seen this? It basically says to
reinstall but it still gives the error.

Shutdown Microsoft AntiSpyware from the notification, uninstall then
reinstall, if the problem persist, uninstall again and reinstall to a
non-default location such as c:\msas.
