So far, all of these low numbered messages appear to relate to permissions
issues. I don't believe I've seen a specific resolution to an error 102.
You should search these groups on that key--"error 102" and perhaps try a
google search on "error 102" and Giant and software, or something similar,
just to see if I've missed it.
