Error 101

I receive an Error 101 when I start the AntiSpyware (Beta)
program, then it quits.
I am running Windows 2000.
Any suggestions?

1) - d) MS AntiSpyware cannot start with error 101 (Use the Update feature in Add/Remove, "Change")(or see entry )
