error 101

every time i double click on the antispyware to start it i get a message
saying windows has detcted a critical error (Errror 101), please resatart
antispyware and if it continues reinstall. i have done this several times and
it still comes up with the same meassage?

I have the same problem but with one specific user.
Another user on the same PC is not having any problem with AntiSpyware.
