The recipe to take care of error 101 (in most cases!) is as follows:

1) Go to Control Panel, add or remove programs, and choose Change, then
Update.

Test whether that solves the problem.

If not, please Uninstall the beta, and then Reinstall it.

Let us know whether that solves the problem.

Microsoft acquired this technology from a third-party. The product was
reasonably mature, and being used by a loyal group of customers, but needs
some work before it is ready for release as a Microsoft product, with all
the details such as accessability and localization that implies.

The acquisition was only about a month ago, so having this beta released to
the world is a pretty Good Thing, I think, in terms of impact on the problem
it is designed to address.
