error 10061

Can anyone tell me why I get a small error box saing 10061
on my desktop??
 
What is in the title blue) bar of the window and the full text of the error
message? When do you get the error? Are you performing a specific thing when
you get the error, running a specific program, booting, etc.? What operating
system are you running?

If something was recently installed, it might be a dll not
supported by your OS... see below

Event Message:
Version number number returned by name LPM is unsupported
by the Policy Control Module in ACS.
