Error 0X800CCC80 Please Help!! I cant send or recieve E-mail

I continue to get error message 0X800CCC80 whenever I try to send or recieve
email. I am so frustrated I do not know where to go for help. PLEASE HELP
ME!!

Which version of Outlook . (not Outlook Express)

Also please post the complete error message as shown
