After doing a system restore to an earlier date on XP Pro, PC won’t let me back in, even as an administrator. I get an error message “there was a problem checking the license for this computer. There is an error number 0x80090019. What do I do? I am the original purchaser of XP pro. I have had to reinstall XP because I could not undo some of the network settings I made, rendering my PC unable to connect to the internet. The full reinstall solved that particular problem. I have never quite been able to start programs without playing around in "system restore" in an attempt to download pictures from my Canon A-40. he software for the camera (and other programs) are installed twice and the PC doesn't usually go the way I would like it too. Today, all that I did was to try to restore the PC to a date 2 months age, the last date that I sucessfully downloaded my pictures. Can you please advice
