Error 0x8004210B in Outlook 2007

A couple of days ago (after new MS updates, Outlook is sending and timing out
on a email not recently composed nor in Outbox. think i tried to fwd an email
but it wasn't sending so i cancelled it. RRuner created a new account 4 me-
no good. MS suggestions don't seem to apply. Tried MS phone # and chat,
unable to connect. Sent email but response not helpful! can any 1 help? -
pleeze???
 
This is a timeout error. It can be caused by antispam software, antivirus,
polling too often, and it can also be caused by using an SMTP server
different than your what outgoing mail actually needs to use.
