Error 0X8004210A

Hello:

All of a sudden my Outlook gives me an error message listed above. I tryed deleting the account and redoing it but it still will not allow me to access my mail from yahoo. Should I delete Outlook entirely and reinstall?
 
Reinstalling Outlook won't help you with configuration issues.
Which version of Outlook are we talking about here?
What is the exact error reported in full?
If you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook, disable this
integration and try again.
