Error 0x8004210A when trying to open emails

Using Outlook I can't open my emails. Error message 0x8004210A "timed out
while trying to contact provider".
 
You mean while collecting your mail?
What version of Outlook are you using?
What type of account are you using?

If you use a virusscanner that integrates with Outlook disable this
integration and try again. See the documentation of your virusscanner on how
to do this properly.
