Error 0x80040201 but only for multiple recipients?

Hi folks,

One of my users is getting error 0x80040201 when he tries to compose a
message to multiple recipients.

He is able to send new messages or reply to existing message (both pre and
post import) provided they only have one recipient. Any more than one or if
he adds an additional recipient, it errors out.

I have tried removing all .NK2 files, recreating the profile, importing the
PST file into a blank PST file rather than connecting it.

Using OutlookSpy is not presently an option as I don't have access to the
machine.

I am baffled by this one! Please help.

It turns out there was a corrupt contact. The user didn't tell me that he
was using the same contacts for each test.

We deleted the corrupt item and it is now working.
