Error 0x0000008E

I have a problem with Windows XP Shut Down after SP2 installation (it might
not be the cause). When I try to shut down the system it does not work. I get
the blue screen with the error 0x0000008E (0xC00000005, 0x8062A21D,
0xF9A90A50, 0x000000000).

How can I solve this problem ?
