Erroe sometimes sending mail to a correct address.

Hi Everyone. i get this message sometimes when i try to send an email with
jokes and pictures on it. the email address is correct can send a message
with no attachments on, can anyone help or have an idea what to do next?

the message is as follows:
Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Subject 'Fw: Fwd: FW: miltary humor', Account: 'BRIAN PANKHURST -
BT Yahoo! Mail', Server: 'mail.btinternet.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server
Response: '451 See http://pobox.com/~djb/docs/smtplf.html.', Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 451, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

Your account may have become corrupted by a non-compatible
antivirus program. Try this first: Delete that account, restart
Windows Mail, then recreate the account.

If no improvement, tell us which antivirus you are running.
As a minimum, email scanning in the antivirus must be turned off,
although that may not be sufficient to eliminate all bad effects.

Hi Gary, thanks for the quick response.

the anti virus software i use is: AVG 8.0.138 free adition.

i have tried the delete and then re setup my email details again, still have
the same problem. when i try to send mail i get a decreasing circle round the
cursor until i delete the message ?

Hi Gary just an heads up

I have had a play with the AVG. i needed to set the email scanning to: Scan
outgoing messaGE. IT NOW WORKS FINE.
