Found one other post describing problems similar to mine but no responses.
~argh~ Latley I have been experiencing bizarre window "jumping" behavior
along with crazy menu opening and closing as well as cursor movement beyond
my control and very chaotic! Even seen programs try to launch and once the
printer even kicked out a print of a page I had recently viewed! ALL ON IT'S
OWN as if haunted by some tormented spirit, (other than my own!) Please
someone grace me with some possible reason for this poltergiest-esque
activity before I burn this ^&%$# at the STAKE!!!

Desperate!

Run an up-to-date anti-virus utiltiy so as to make sure that you do not have
a trojan virus which allows someone to take over your system.

Also, you should also run an anti-spyware utiltily, like AD-Adware, for the
same reason!.

Y.

I've seen this kind of behavior when using incorrect mouse
drivers or if you're using an older KVM (Keyboard Video
Mouse) in between the mouse and the PC. Try switching mice
or if using a KVM connect the mouse directly to the PC and
see if that works.

If you have any P2P software, or dont have a good firewall,
people can esaily hack into you computer. I know many
people who look for open ports and screw with people's
comps just because they can. They can do anything from
printing off your printer to making your screen flip upside
down. If you use Kazaa, get rid of it. If not, then get a
good firewall and search for a trojan.

JRV...post a reply to wether or not this helps

And then check you don't have the microphone, and speech input, enabled.
