Hi,
A stop 0x000008e KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
indicates that a kernel-mode program generated an exception which the error
handler did not catch.
If you are able to boot in safe mode, that means that the issue comes from a
program or driver which is loaded when the computer starts.
You can use msconfig (start/run/msconfig/tab startup) to disable one by one
the kernel programs launched at Windows startup and identify which one is
faulty.
By experience, I propose to you to boot in safe mode and to uninstall your
Norton Antivirus Software and see if you reproduce the stop.
