Does any one know of any Freeware applications for Firefox that will
over write deleted files at least 32 tines?

The ideal program will overwrite all chosen files and/or free space,
overwrite all internet activity (cookies, history, temp internet files
etc.). It would be nice if the application could also erase email too.

A program like Eraser 2005 but for fire fox and free is what I am
looking for.

Thanks for any help.

You could try Eraser from http://www.tolvanen.com/eraser/, you will need to
specify where the files/folders are that you want destroyed.

Also, if you are using the NTFS file system there could be Alternate Data
Streams, http://www.windowsecurity.com/articles/Alternate_Data_Streams.html.

BTW, why do you need to do wipe it at least 32 times? Government agencies
only recommend 10 or less for their employees computers.

Why can't you user Eraser to overwrite your Firefox cache files etc.?

You can do this with Eraser if you know where the files are located.
E.g. you can make a task in Eraser to erase all files in folder C:/program
files/firefox/cache and run it whenever you want.
