Hi All;
I prepared a data file but there are a lot of empty rows under the data.
Is there any way to erase all them?
Regards

Kartal

Kartal, you can't erase them but you could hide them, select the row below
you data hold down ctrl+shift and hit the down arrow then format rows hide

Always backup your data before trying something new
Please post any response to the newsgroups so others can benefit from it
Feedback on answers is always appreciated!
Using Excel 2002 & 2003

Thank you but I need to erase not to hide, if it is impossible then I will
think something else, (maybe try to fill up). Because I will use the data in
another application and that application requires full data.
Thanks...
Kartal
