Equivalent of fdisk on Windows XP

OK, I've been looking on XP support pages on how to
remove the Lilo boot manager. It said to run the command
fdisk /mbr

This does not work on XP, although it does work on older
versions

On XP, it says not a valid command, and yes, I'm typing
it in right
So, I need to know how to do the equivalent in windows xp
