I have reinstalled WinXP 3 times and it appears that it adds new accounts
that do not show up in the control panel, but do in Windows Explorer. I
would like to fdisk my computer but I do not know how to with XP. When I
had 98 I could. How do you fdisk/format XP and then install WinXP Home
Edition? Thank you.
