Equation Editor

I have recently lost the Equation Editor from my "Insert | Objects" list.
Can anyone tell me how I lost it and how can I get it back?

It's an office tool that gets installed/uninstalled with Office, try this,
go to control panel, add remove programs, find Office and select change,
select add or remove features, select Choose advanced customization of
applications and look under Office Tools, finally select run from computer
and hit update
