epson r220 printer

epson r220 printer cannot print web to page.
every time i try to print from windows explorer or any e mail i recive the
following.
(error trail rect*contentscc object error.
been onto epson reply is printer is ok as printing everthing else.
have tried printing from file, icon, web to page,no sucsess tryed print
preview.
noththing happens reinstalled printer,drivers these are uptodate.
any help or ideas may help.

checked unicode every thing ok. ? h0w d0 i down load epson plug in my browser
cannot find this at epson they say printer ok.
i am using explorer 7 but cannot find anything at microsoft.
useing winxp sp2
