Epson R200 Envelope printing problem

I have a new Epson Stylus Photo R200 printer, run Windows XP and use
MSWorks. I create an envelope in MSWorks and go to print and everything
looks OK in page setup and printer setup but I get a message that
settings in document and printer are not the same (they all look the
same). I'm trying to print No. 10 (9 1/2'' X 4 1/8'' emvelopes).
Can anyone help?

Make sure you haven't mixed up portrait and landscape modes on one or
the other. Usually this warning is due to this type of mix up.

If you exchange width and height in your paper size description, that
can confuse it.

Just have a closer look at your settings.


Have you also looked at print preview and printed from there? This
should show you exactly where the print will be placed.
