Epson 980 problem.

My Epson Stylus Colour 980 has started printing everything with a solid
yellow background.
Even the nozzle check utility is the same. The patterns are printed with a
yellow background.
Numerous nozzle cleans have had no effect. Can anyone help?

We have an Epson 5000, had similar output some weeks after install, lost our
printer settings and had yellow background. Under printer specific options
check print mode, simulation, rendering style, etc...

Mr. Fisher,
Thanks for your reply. The options you have specified are not apparent to
me. Can you expand a little? I have re-installed the drivers and to the best
of my knowledge none of the installation settings have been changed. Up
until recently, the printer has been working satisfactorily since new, about
3 or 4 years ago.
