Epson 62 ink question?

Hi I bought a refill kit for my ink, and after refill it still says the
black tank is empty, and I know it isn't, is there some kinda reset on
these, im not too familiar with is printer at all and its very
frustrating.. Thank you

The ink cartridge you have refilled is embedded with a chip that is
registering as empty with the software you are using. It is holding the
setting from the way the cartridge was last used in the printer even though
you have refilled it. You will need a chip resetter to change it back to the
full status. Chip resetters can be had from $10 - $20. If you have any
intentions of continuing to refill they're a decent tool to own.

One reputable place below that sells the chip resetter that will work with
your cartridges.

software from:

It should work with your printer (c62 epson)

Instructions at that website say it is impossible to reset C62 carts
thru their software.
