Here is a test.

This pdf is only 34K. http://www.texaslonghorn.com/testprint.pdf

See if anybody can get it to print to an Epson 2200. I can't. It gets
chopped off at the 21-1/4" mark.

I can't even get it to appear correctly in the driver print preview.

OK I think I know what you may be doing "wrong"... Try _clearing_ the "No
Margins" box and select "Maximium" print area instead. See *** below.

I tried your test print on my Epson 2100 (UK version of 2200) and this seems
to make a difference and work OK....

I set a user defined paper size of 950 x 2300 points (0.01") = 9.5" x 23"
Landscape
*** "No Margins" CLEARED ***
*** Print area = maximium (not centered)***

Then in Acrobat Reader...
file -> print brings up Adobe Reader's print preview.
Turn off "shrink oversize pages"
The preview in lower right corner confirms the paper dimensions are correct
and displays a tiny preview - which looks ok I can just make out the long
lines at 23".

Click ok and Epson's preview comes up.
Click the button "Maximium zoom"
Scroll left and I see the 22.75" line about 0.25 from the left hand edge.
Scroll right and I see the 22.75" line about 0.25 from the right hand edge.

I don't have paper big enough to actually print it but it looks OK.

If I use "No Margins" instead of "maximium" it seems to be cropped - I can't
see any of the lines with numbers on.
