I have a new Dell computer 5150. My Epsom printer was formerly hooked up
to a Mac and I was able to view a toolbar in the menu options. This
showed the ink levels both colour and black plus I was able to do a
nozzle check and cleaning when print quality was poor. I can't seem to
find these options with my new PC even though I have printed out a
couple of things and I was able to print a test page. The red is not
printing at all and the green light is flashing - not sure which
cartridge needs replacing. Does anyone have any suggestions for me?
Thanks.

Did you install the Right driver for the printer, or you may need to go to
the manufacturer and download the Specs driver for your Stylus C60 printer
and install it again, but do that after you uninstall the Old one.
Be sure you removed the Plastic cover from your Cartridge, that can block
the nozzle.
HTH.
Please let us know.
Regards.

If the Red ink is empty, you'll need to replace the color cartridge.
But run the maintenance utility first and clean the cartridge. It
should be available in the printer properties under a Maintenance tab,
and possibly in the following software.

Get the Status Monitor and other software here:

Did you install the software before connecting the printer to the PC?
