How can I save the information entered in the "Delivery Address" area
on the "Envelopes and Label" box so I don't have to re-enter the same
information every time?

Also, is there a way to print an "Attn:" line in the lower left-hand
corner of an envelope?

Click on the Add to document button and save the document. By that means,
you can also add additional text to the envelope.

Hope this helps.

Hi Doug,

"Add to Document" adds the "Delivery Address" and the "Return Address"
to my current letter which I then saved.

But how do I retieve the "Delivery Address" to use in other letters?

Gary

You save the envelope document.

You can modify the sample envelope templates available for download from my
web site to your taste. One of them includes an 'attention' line.

For oft repeated envelopes. Create the envelope from the template and save
it as a document.
