Envelope question

I am using Word 2007. Is there any way to save the address information until
the envelope prints. In case the envelope needs reprinted it would save
retying.

You can add the envelope to the document, then print it as needed and/or
delete the envelope from the document when/if you no longer need it.

In the Envelope and Labels dialog, click Add to Document. This creates a
section at the beginning of the document, just for the envelope.
