envelope orientation for Word

All of a sudden, when I feed my envelopes into my brother 1440, it will not
print the address in the normal horizonatal method. Nothing I have tried
makes it print my envelopes out as I have done manually forever. I have even
downloaded new drivers. How do I make the print orient the right way. I feed
my envelope manually and it prints the address the wrong way.
