Blush! Well, I didn't actually read the text of the KB article, merely
searched the KB for your problem and found an article with a title that
appeared to apply. I'm rather missing the mark on worthwhile suggestions
today.
I have been dealing with this for a month or so. Out of
desperation, I tried the "Detect & Repair" function under
HELP using default options. To my amazement, it worked.
Give it a try.
