Envelope icon in Inbox has quit showing the reply/forward arrows

Has anyone ran into this? The envelope is still there, but all the extra
symbols, such as the envelope with an arrow showing for emails you have
replied to or forwarded, etc. no longer appear. Just the plain envelope
shows. Any thoughts?

What type of account are we talking about here?

Outlook Exchange. We are using Outlook 2002. We have about 600 employees,
but only one is experiencing this problem. Thanks!

We had this problem on one machine, too. We did the Office Updates (Which
were way behind) and it seems to have taken care of the problem.
