envelope formatting probem

I'm trying to print address / return address on a #10 sized envelope using
Word 2007 and everything seems to show what I want correctly on the screen:
specifically 12 point font, but when I print it comes out with what looks
like a 3 point font. I can't seem to figure out how to fix it.
