envelope and label dialog box is greyed out unable to select

I just completed tying andprinting a label, I went back to Outlook to add
another label and the envelope and labels tab is gryed out now. I did select
Rich Text and still no success.

To what are you trying to add another label? There is no 'rich text' option
associated with the Word envelope/label tool. In order to investigate this
issue you need to describe exactly the steps you have taken to create the
labels in which Word version.
