create a keyboard shortcut to open Envelopes and Lables

In my old version of Word, I had it set up so when I typed in Ctrl + E, the
Envelopes and Labels dialog box opened up, and since I do so many envelopes
per day, it was a HUGE help. It saved alot of time not having to click on
Tools, then another click on Letters and Mailings, and then another click on
Envelopes and Labels.
Now in this version I can't set up a keyboard shortcut like that again.
I've tried everything the help files told me, verbatim, and it just doesn't
work, not to mention I can't find the wordage "Envelopes and Labels" to
create a shortcut to like in my older version.
Can anyone please help me get this valuable shortcut back again? Also I
can't remember how I got it to work in the older version.

Well, you can certainly add an Envelopes button to the Quick Access toolbar,
but if you want a keyboard shortcut (I'd advise something other than Ctrl+E,
which is assigned to CenterPara), it should be possible as follows:

Office Button | Word Options | Customize: Keyboard

In the Customize Keyboard dialog, select Mailings Tab, then scroll down to
ToolsCreateEnvelope and assign your keyboard shortcut.

Does this not work? There's also something called Envelope Wizard that you
can assign a shortcut to; I haven't tried that, so I don't know what it is.
