CAN I SAVE ADDRESSES ON ENVELOPES FOR LATER USE

Not if you print the envelope from the envelopes and labels dialog. You can
add it to your document, and save it. Generally if I am going to be mailing
to someone on a regular basis, I create an envelope from my envelope
template and save it. I have a macro linked to a button in my letterhead
that will capture 3-line addresses in my letterhead and copy them to a new
envelope document for saving. My letterhead template also captures
(3-line)addresses from previous letters if I ask it to do so.
