Entry point not found

After installing update when I turned my computer back on I got this message:
Explorer.EXE Entry point not found

The procedure entry point SHRegValueW could not be located in the dynamic
link libary SHLWAPI.dll

If someone can help me with this it would be appreciated.

You receive an "Explorer.EXE - Entry Point Not Found - The procedure
entry point SHCreateThreadRef could not be located in the dynamic link
library Shlwapi.dll" error message after you install the MS04-038
security update.
