Enterprise Code Access Security

I have a WinForms App that I want to deploy through
the browser. I need to change the Code Access level to
give Full Trust the application, how/where do I set the
Enterprise Level Code Access Security, so that it will
automatically be sent out to all of the Users in the
Domain. If this is not possible, how do I create a BAT
using CASPOL to setup the correct security that I can
have the user run.

Also, from .NET Framework Configuration Tool (Mscorcfg.msc), you can
generate a custom msi CAS updater for your clients.
